Guitar Starter Set $150 & Pink Guitar $25
This is a sweet deal for someone who wants to start learning the guitar. Everything is in great condition.
The Kit includes:

8 Fine picks and pick holder (attached to guitar)
Capo (not pictured)

The only thing you might want to do is replace the strings, but the current ones are still in good condition

Couch and Table
LARGE MICROFIBER COUCH- $200 SOLD
We have had this couch for 2 years and loved it, but its way too big to take with us when we move. It is microfiber and very comfy. It does need some spot treatment and there are places on the couch that seem a little darker just from being more worn, but overall it is a wonderful couch!
Both sides recline and can either be connected or separated. Fits four people comfortably.
SOLID WOOD TABLE- $200
This is our mismatched color table- and here is why. When we initially inherited it, it was a darkish orangey color that we didn't like so much, so we stained it dark. Well that didn't turn out the way we wanted so we sanded everything and coated it with clear lacquer. It turned out great! But we only finished two chairs, the other four are the original color. It also comes with two leaves, and one is dark while the other matched the top of the table now. So...yeah...you can either go with the lighter color and sand the other leaf and chairs (we can give you the clear lacquer to coat it with), or just paint it all black to match the legs (this would be the easier solution). But, with it being wood, you can be very versatile with it and have it come out looking good.
Sadly its just one more big item to move with, so we'd like to see it go to someone who can appreciate it for its solid quality. This is a REAL table yall, not some cheapo particle board crap :D
Here is the unextended version of the table, without the leaves. With the leaves it easily sits 6 and yes we are including all 6 chairs- all solid wood as well. If you want them we will also throw in our 4 red padded seat cushions.

There are a few scratches on the top, but could be an easy fix with a little sandpaper.
